If you are looking for an Italian luxury car with a strong racing heritage, Alfa Romeo has it.
You’ve chosen your brand, and you’ve seen the Giulia sedan and decided you’ve got to have one. However, as you surely know, there is an impressive selection to match whatever you might desire. Which one of the Giulia trims is right for you? Only you can know what fits you best, but we can provide you with the information you need to choose the one that better suits your needs. All Giulia sedans (except for the Giulia Quadrifoglio) offer a spirited 280 horsepower 2.0L Turbocharged engine with an German-made ZF 8-speed automatic transmission (ZF8HP).

Here are the different Giulia Trims you can choose from:
Giulia Base
It might be the base model, but the Giulia is in no way basic. Featuring rear parking sensors and a backup camera with dynamic gridlines, the Giulia can fit in the smallest parking spots. Drivers have the choice of opting between a rear-wheel and an all-wheel drive.

Giulia Sport
With a more aggressive look, the Giulia Sport is perfect for drivers who are looking for a more edgy feel. This model sports 18-inch aluminum wheels, gloss-black windows, and sporty fascia and rear diffuser.

Giulia Ti
In addition to the characteristics of the base model, the Giulia Ti features a heated steering wheel and heated front seats. Additionally, this model comes with an 8.8-inch infotainment display. The Giulia Ti is designed for comfort.

Giulia Ti Lusso
As the name indicates, the Ti Lusso is all about providing a luxurious experience. With Cannelloni-design leather seats, upper door trim with accent stitching, and a leather-wrapped dash, the Ti Lusso stands out for its attention to detail.

Giulia Ti Sport
The Giulia Ti Sport features an 8-speed automatic engine, paired with 19-inch aluminum wheels. With sports pedals, genuine aluminum interior trim, and leather-wrapped sport seats, the Ti Sport will take you on a comfortable, yet thrilling ride.

Giulia Ti Sport Carbon
A darker version of the Giulia Ti Sport, the Ti Sport Carbon, includes dark exhaust, badging, and headlamp bezels. The scudetto grille is also edgier looking, as it sports a new dark-colored carbon fiber look. The dark carbon fiber trend continues on the interior, in the upper door trim, the leather-wrapped dash, and the illuminated door sills.

Giulia Quadrifoglio
This model is designed for speed, no question about it. With 443 pounds-per-feet torque and 505 horsepower, the Quadrifoglio will suit every thrill-seeking driver. The inside is equipped with Alcantara seats, carbon-fiber interior trim, and leather-wrapped upper doors and dash.

Optional: Giulia Nero Edizione Package
The Nero edition is an additional package that can be added to any Giulia trim, except for the Quadrifoglio. The rims, mirror caps, exterior badges, and the area around the grill are all done in the exclusive Alfa Romeo shade, Dark Miron. All Giulia models offer a powerful, thrilling ride for their drivers, as well as a unique interior and top-of-the-line navigation displays.
Luxury car manufacturer Alfa Romeo has made plenty of small tech upgrades for the 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia that amount to a big difference when it comes to comfort and safety.
The majority of the Alfa Romeo Giulia tech upgrades can be found inside the car and can be divided into three categories: driver assistance, infotainment, and mechanics.
Driver Assistance
The driver assistance features that the Alfa Romeo Giulia Technology introduces are incredible for accident avoidance. The traffic jam and highway assist feature keeps the Giulia in the center lane and uses the positions of other cars as a reference when the lane lines are unclear. The driver can set the speed as well as its desired distance from the car in front of it. This feature is an ample forward collision warning. The active blind spot assist feature works with radar sensors on each side of the rear bumper. It allows the driver to change lanes safely once the direction indicator is enabled. The lane-keeping assist also keeps the Giulia in the lane with the help of a video camera detecting lane markings.

The traffic sign recognition feature recognizes road signs and helps the driver respect speed limits. Finally, the driver’s attention assist tracks the driver’s state of alertness by monitoring the time-driven and the speed and movements of the vehicle. The attention assist will suggest the driver take a break when it registers the driver has been driving too long or that they are making too many sudden movements (not driving the vehicle straight, moving from left to right and back, and the like). These driver assistance features of the Alfa Romeo Giulia Tech provide the driver with an added set of accident protection.
Infotainment
The Alfa Romeo Giulia now comes standard with an 8.8-in infotainment touchscreen display, though it keeps the infotainment knob for times when it is safer to use, such as for scrolling while driving. The infotainment system has a home screen with three tiles that can be configured based on preference. A faster processor and user interface are also new technologies. The graphics have also been upgraded and are more visually pleasing and modern.

Mechanics
The Giulia’s “DNA” drive mode selector offers three driving modes: dynamic, natural, and advanced. Dynamic mode offers a sportier ride, while the advanced is a more comfortable ride.

This knob works with another one of Alfa Romeo Giulia’s new standard tech upgrades, the suspension. This upgrade keeps the wheels perfectly perpendicular to the road at all times, and adjusts the car’s responses to the road according to the drive mode from “DNA.” The Giulia also boasts even weight distribution and all-wheel drive technologies, bringing together safety and performance. Finally, the Giulia also comes standard with a built-in aero splitter to improve airflow underneath the car for a smoother ride.
While all these smalls upgrades are not unique in and of themselves, brought together in one vehicle, they make for a hell of an upgrade and respond to consumer feedback.
Check Out These Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA Sketches!
The cancellation of the 2020 Geneva Motor Show due to the coronavirus outbreak has deprived us of the opportunity of witnessing the debut of the new Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA and GTAm.
And let me tell you, it would have been a beautiful sight. But never fear! These sketches are here to show you the new face of the Giulia Quadrifoglio -and what a face it is. With a bold design, the Alfa Romeo GTA has come to transform the sedan into an ultra-sports vehicle.

GTA stands for “Gran Turismo Alleggerita,” a lighter car for faster speeds. The 2020 Alfa Romeo GTA is a redesign of the 1965 Giulia Sprint GTA, the first of many lighter high-performance sports Alfas. The debut is also part of the celebrations that mark the 110th year since the creation of Alfa Romeo. Both the GTA and the GTAm are limited-edition, there will only be 500 units built in total. As it stands, we don’t even know if any of these models will make it to North America. If you are in Europe, you might want to be quick with your reservation; we’re sure the few available units will not stay in the dealerships for long.
The Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA
The Alfa Romeo GTA has had its aerodynamics reworked, with new side skirts, a distinctive rear spoiler, active front splitter, and rear diffuser. The GTA handling has also been improved thanks to collaborations with the Sauber Formula 1 program. Also part of the re-imagination of the Giulia model is the Alfa Romeo GTA’s center-lock wheels, as well as wider 50mm-wider tracks. In the interior, we are delighted with an Alcantara dashboard, door panels, pillars, seats, and glovebox.
The Giulia GTAm
The M in GTAm stands for “modificata,” modified. Note that the two-seat design is not just a concept idea: the GTAm is a street-legal sports car that looks more like a super aggressive racing car. And it’s not just for looks. The GTAm features a carbon-fiber roll bar, racing seats, and a Sabelt harness. The side and rear window frames are made of Lexan, a light material used in competition vehicles.
Alfa claims to have reduced the weight of the Giulia Quadrifoglio by 100 kilos. The lighter weight is achieved thanks to a carbon fiber hood, driveshaft, roof, wheel arch extensions, and front fascia. Both models also include an Akrapovič titanium exhaust. Alfa claims a zero-to-62mph time of 3.6 seconds for both models, which are undoubtedly achieved thanks to the modifications in aerodynamics and materials.
Those lucky enough to get their hands on the Alfa Romeo GTA and GTAm can expect to be assigned a brand specialist who will work with them through the sales process. A personalized kit, which includes a GTA Bell helmet, Alpinestars racing suit, and a customized car cover will be included. All of this comes together with a slot in the Alfa Romeo Driving Academy, a real treat for sport car fans.

The Return of the Historic Alfa Romeo GTV Coupe
Alfa Romeo enthusiasts around the world will undoubtedly be happy to learn that Alfa is reviving the GTV model.

The Alfa Romeo GTV made its debut for the first time in 1967 with another name: The 1750 GT Veloce. With a more powerful engine than its GT counterparts, the GT Veloce was, as its name indicates, faster. The coupe saw a few changes as the years passed. They got lighter chassis and updated engines. However, the Alfa Romeo GTV had its days counted in North America. Its production for that market lasted until 1974 when it was terminated.
1994 saw a new Alfa Romeo GTV. The concept for the car was presented that same year in the Paris Motor Show, while the actual launch was made in 1995, in the Geneva Motor Show. The joy was short-lived for Americans since the company left the United States market. But never fear, you will soon have the chance of witnessing and maybe even driving a piece of history in the form of the revamped GTV model.
So, What Do We Know About the New GTV?
Well, we know that it will probably be impressive. The GTV will be based on the Giulia and Stelvio platforms, which we’ve already seen at work. Since they’ll share the same platform, the GTV will probably have some similarities with the Giulia in the interior. The coupe will ride closer to the ground. We can also expect that the Alfa Romeo GTV in its latest iteration will seat up to four, including the driver.

Official confirmation in summer 2018 by then-CEO Sergio Marchionne in a major product announcement, in which he revealed the GTV would return as a range-topper with a choice of rear- or all-wheel drive.
Power-wise, we’ve already seen the V6, 2.9-liter engine in the Giulia Quadrifoglio. This 505-horsepower twin-turbo engine guarantees a powerful, thrilling ride. Unlike the Quadrifoglio, we can almost surely expect to see a hybrid engine, although we cannot say this for sure, yet. Other features that the GTV will most likely share with the 2020 Giulia are the driver assistance and the infotainment center we’ve already seen. If this is true, the Alfa Romeo GTV will also include automated emergency braking and adaptive cruise control.
Unlike the last GTV, the 2020 Alfa Romeo GTV will feature a 50:50 ratio of weight distribution, which will give it better precision when driving. This new model is presented as a rival to the Mercedes C-class Coupe, the Audi A5, and the BMW 4-series. It won’t be a limited-edition; instead, it will come off the standard production line.
This new model was to be presented, as is tradition, in the 90th edition of the Geneva International Motor Show, which had to be suspended due to the coronavirus outbreak. However, we anticipate that it will still arrive on time to be part of the 2021 production line. We expect you are as anxious as we are for more information on the new Alfa Romeo GTV. Hopefully, Alfa Romeo won’t keep us waiting for long.
Keep dirt, dust, and germs away from your Alfa Romeo vehicle while also maintaining the beauty of your car.
No one likes a dirty car. Cars can be filled with dust, dirt, and germs. On average, Americans spend 18 days in their car per year[1]. That’s a lot of time sitting in traffic jamming out to music on your way to work or driving your kids around town. Cars are high-traffic areas and breeding grounds for bacteria and viruses. Keep your vehicle and family germ-free with Champion Alfa Romeo’s clean car tips. Follow our car cleaning guide to protect yourself and your loved ones this season.
Clean Car Tip #1: Grab the RIGHT Cleaning Products and Gloves
Not all cleaning products are made equal. Understand what your car’s interior is made of. Is it fabric? Is it leather? Or maybe a combination of both? Choosing the right cleaning products will allow you to clean your car thoroughly while also maintaining the quality of your Alfa Romeo vehicle. If you aren’t sure which cleaners will do the best job, the CDC has provided recommendations. Make sure to also have a vacuum ready to pick up the dirt and dust.
In addition, make sure to glove up since you don’t want to harm your hands with harsh chemicals and spread more germs in your car. Gloves will also come in handy when picking up trash – like used tissues. Practice proper glove removal by peeling off and turning inside out. The CDC also recommends you wash your hands immediately after removing your gloves and not to use reusable gloves since they can hold onto viruses and spread it to another surface.

Clean Car Tip #2: Don’t Forget Between the Seats or Other High Touch areas
When a car is dirty, it is easy to notice large dirt particles such as receipts and bags. Make sure that you look for the smaller dirt and dust particles that inhabit between and under the seats. Some overlooked areas that still need cleaning are the infotainment touch screen, the climate and audio controls, the steering wheel, the gear shifter, the turn signal, power window, mirror, and locking buttons, keys, and push-button ignitions. Avoid damaging your electronics by using disinfecting wipes and avoid using ammonia-based cleaning products. These products can deteriorate the anti-glare coating. Instead, it is best to spritz an alcohol-based cleaner onto a microfiber cloth for a quick wipe down. The EPA even has an approved products list of products that are effective and safe to use.

Clean Car Tip #3: Remove your Floor Mats
Using an upholstery attachment without bristles on your vacuum for this step. First, begin with your carpets. It is best to go over the carpet area multiple times to ensure all dust and dirt is removed. The next area is one of the most forgotten areas. Check the area around the accelerator and the brake pedals. It is usually the dirtiest area since the driver’s legs rest here. Pay special attention to this area. Lastly, using the same attachment, vacuum the floor mats and give them a quick tap outside of the vehicle to ensure all dust has been removed. If there is some tough dirt remaining, repeat this step.

Car Cleaning Tip #4: Clean the Plastic and Vinyl Segments
Grab a microfiber cloth and a vinyl cleaner. First, using one side of the cloth, wipe the dust away. Next, spray a little vinyl cleaner on the cloth and wipe the surface. Make sure to get the door panels, glove box, steering wheel column covers, and anywhere else that has plastic or vinyl. If your Alfa Romeo vehicle has carbon fiber, you can use a microfiber cloth and a detail spray or the same soap you would use on the exterior paint. No spot should go uncleaned!

Car Cleaning Tip #5: Clean the Seats and Windows
If you have leather seats, make sure you have a leather cleaner, a leather conditioner, and a microfiber cloth. The American Chemistry Council and the Center of the Biocide Chemistries has a list of products that are approved to be used on soft surfaces. Spray the leather cleaner onto the cloth and wipe all leather surfaces. Once the surface is dry, apply the leather conditioner to maintain a wrinkle-free leather seat. Windows should be cleaned last so that you can remove any other conditioners or cleaners that landed on them during the cleaning process. This will retain the glassy condition and streak-free shine. To clean your windows and windshield, apply glass cleaner onto a microfiber cloth and wipe until windows are shiny and clean. Don’t forget to remove the dust in the window seal. This is the area that the window goes in when it is rolled down completely.

Why is it Important to Clean My Vehicle?
Not only is cleaning your vehicle important for maintaining your new car look and feel, but it can also help prevent the spread of germs and reinfection. If you have children, you know they make it easy to spread germs. Pay attention to surfaces that your children touch all the time. Wash items like car seats, car blankets, rear-seat entertainment systems, climate controls, seat belts, and even books or toys that are kept in the car. Make sure to follow the care instructions on your child’s favorite stuffed animals or let the toy take a ride in the washing machine on a gentle setting. Hard plastic toys should be washed in a diluted bleach solution. According to the CDC, the best solution is mixing four tablespoons of bleach into a quart of water or five tablespoons in a gallon. Never mix ammonia and bleach-based cleaners!

Prevent Reinfection by Keeping Wipes and Hand Sanitizer Handy
It is always good to keep a bottle of hand sanitizer in your car. Not only is it great for giving your hands a quick clean after pumping gas, but also for cleaning hands when soap is not readily available to stop the spread of germs. Look for a hand sanitizer that has an alcohol content of at least 60 percent. Regularly disinfect your steering wheel, gear shifter, and any other surfaces you touch often.

A Closer Look at the Star of Netflix’s 6 Underground: the Neon Green Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio
Action sequences, explosions, car chases, the trifecta we have come to expect from any film directed by Michael Bay. And that’s why we love them! Plus, it is what you get with the much-awaited Netflix movie “6 Underground.“But why are we talking about a Netflix film? Well, besides starring Ryan Reynolds as a billionaire vigilante who takes a stand against social injustice, with Mélanie Laurent, Manuel García-Rulfo, Ben Hardy, Adria Arjona, Dave Franco, and Corey Hawkins as his co-conspirators, this Netflix blockbuster also stars a gorgeous green Alfa Romeo Guilia Quadrifoglio definitively deserves mention as a part of the cast.
6 Underground Trailer
The movie opens with a weirdly long car chase scene, in which we can at least see this unique neon green Giulia Quadrifoglio in all its glory. The car, featuring a “Sublime” paint job, plays the role of the getaway car for Reynolds et al., as they escape from the police and the Italian mafia in Florence, Italy. Through endless explosions and overly-gory death scenes, the Giulia Quadrifoglio gives a shining performance as it is chased by other vehicles, like Maseratis and Lancias.
“Action sequences, explosions, car chases, the trifecta we have come to expect from any film directed by Michael Bay.”
About Reynold’s Co-Star: The Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio
Although sadly, this customized Alfa Romeo is not on the market or available to the public, the Giulia Quadrifoglio will make you feel like you are in your very own action movie. The neon green Giulia Quadrifoglio was specially made for 6 Underground, but its 2.9 V6 twin-turbo engine with 90° opposed cylinders was not modified, and it’s what you could be driving. This engine provides 510 hp and 443 Lb-ft of torque between 2500 and 5000 RPM. Want to feel like a race driver? This engine was developed as a collaboration between Alfa Romeo and Ferrari to make it as powerful as possible.
This model is the high-performance iteration of the luxury sedan. It is designed to drive, and handling turns in cities and town roads, and to give the driver complete control, and it is why the gearbox features an automatic eight-gear transmission. To make it more secure, even when driving at high speeds, the Giulia Quadrifoglio is equipped with a system that, thanks to a differential with two clutches, results in more traction and, thus, more secure handling.
Aside from its mighty inner workings, the look and interiors of the Giulia Quadrifoglio are all about style. It has an undoubtedly racing feel, mostly due to the use of carbon fiber on the rear spoiler, side skirts, hood, and roof. In the interior, the driver is the focus of the design. The design of the cockpit is minimalistic, uses sophisticated materials, and has technology specially incorporated to improve the relationship between driver and machine.
The features added for the movie, like the paint job, hydraulic handbrake, ECU rampaging, electronic release in “bench mode,” or Pirelli P Zero Corsa rear tires, are unfortunately not available for purchase with the Giulia Quadrifoglio. However, feeling like an action movie star or a race driver is included for free with this Italian luxury sedan. The Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio will make you feel like a million bucks while driving through the streets of your town.
The Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio go dark with this new Nero Edizione package.
The packs decorate the exterior of the cars with shadowy and black trim. The new special edition models of the sedan and the SUV feature a dark makeover and extra style. The Nero packages take the Alfa Romeo Stelvio and the Giulia to the next level. The exclusive tweaks are only available for the 2.0-liter turbocharged with 280 horsepower models. The upgrades are mostly cosmetic and give this model an edgier, more powerful look. The Nero Edizione models have grille surround, exterior badges, and mirror caps in an Alfa Romero unique shade called Dark Miron. The headlights also have darker, shadowy trims, and gloss black pieces surround the windows. A monotone version of the Alfa Romeo badge is also added to the wheel caps.
The Stelvio and the Giulia have some individual upgrades, too.
Alfa Romeo Stelvio: Nero Edizione
The Nero Edizione gives the more affordable Stelvio options a dose of the Quadrifoglio flare and style. The Stelvio gets gloss black roof rails and a set of 20-inch wheels in that unique shade of Dark Miron. The Nero package also includes darkened exhausts, roof bars, skid plates, mirror caps, and badges. The Stelvio also gets adaptative Bi-xenon headlights for illumination enhancement.
Inside, nothing much changes. The interior design is still luxurious and reaches for maximum comfort and functionality. The Nero Edizione includes aluminum pedals and tinted rear windows. Even with the larger wheels, the ride remains very comfortable, if maybe a little firm. Still, it feels quite agile for a vehicle of its size and characteristics. Like with all Stelvio SUVs, the cabin has ample space both in the front and in the rear, and the length of the body means that the boot also has a decent size.
Alfa Romeo Giulia: Nero Edizione
Like the Stelvio, the Giulia also gets new wheels in its Nero version. The Giulia has a set of 19-inch wheels in the Alfa Romeo shade: Dark Miron. Nero Edizione also adds split-folding rear seats, and all seats are available in three colors, tan, red, and black. Full leather upholstery is also available in these three colors.
Inside, besides the seats, the two-color door panel and dashboard enhance the edgier feel of the Giulia in its Nero embodiment. Another quality detail added in this iteration is the aluminum door sills. This edition also features Alfa Romeo’s exclusive driving mode selector, DNA, which can modify the performance and behavior of the car. It adapts itself to the road and the preferences of the driver.
Whichever model you choose, the Stelvio or the Giulia, the Nero Edizione draws you in; Its unique features provide an even edgier and more stylish look to the models. The long elegant curves and sharp muscular lines embody the decisive and fierce character of these two designs. It is a small step up that outfits your vehicle with features present in pricier and more up-scale models without changing the price range drastically.
The long-standing rivalry between Alfa Romeo and BMW is almost legendary.

Even though it has been a while since the Italian brand was seen on this side of the pond, consumers have not lost one bit of loyalty. For decades, these two sporty icons have battled against each other for the lion’s share of sales. The battle is on again with the impressive Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport pitted against the BMW X3.
The Alfa’s gorgeous looks, impressive handling, and dramatic exterior styling are very much up to par with the exterior of BMW X3. The interior boosts maximum convenience and comfort with its ability to seat five passengers with tons of legroom, easy to use infotainment system, and seats sculpted for support for long drives. The Stelvio Ti Sport was built at the point where luxury and race champion performance cross.
The magic the engineers created under the hood in Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport is genuinely remarkable. The peppy 2.0L engine can crank out 280 horsepower at 5200 rpm. Even in the tamest of the three available drive settings, the Ti’s tiller is nearly too sharp on center, requiring many speed corrections on the highway. With a fantastic degree of compliance over rough terrain and a smooth, yet powerful inline-4, the Alfa Romeo is genuinely an excellent ride.
Conclusion – In a world of boring crossovers, the Stelvio Ti Sport is a spicy Italian meatball decked out in a splashy Ferragamo suit.
Specs:
- 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine which generates 280 horsepower
- overall length measures 184.6 in, and the overall height is 66 in
- 40.2 in front seat headroom
- the cargo-carrying capacity of 18.5 cubic feet
- standard 8.8-inch widescreen display plus Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity
Conclusion – In a world of boring crossovers, the Stelvio Ti Sport is a spicy Italian meatball decked out in a splashy Ferragamo suit. The Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport is the ideal vehicle for people looking for luxurious amenities and practicality and love the feel of driving a large, muscular SUV. Although both vehicles offer mega-power and the BMW certainly puts up a good fight, the smart money is on the Alfa.
Alfa Romeo Tonale: What You Need to Know
The Alfa Romeo Tonale will elevate the standard of what it means to drive a luxury subcompact sports SUV…plus it will be “electrifiying”.
The new 2020 Alfa Romeo Tonale beautifully integrates traditional Italian design with the power and elegance expected of a modern vehicle, exemplifying Alfa Romeo’s ‘La meccanica delle emozioni.’ Unlike the larger Giulia sedan, the MY2020 Alfa Romeo Tonale (pronounced | Toi nĀ leɪ |, NOT “toe nail”) has made a shift with its redesigned cockpit for more hands-on control. The Tonale is expected to use the same front and all-wheel drive as Fiat 500X and Jeep Renegade. The Tonale will also have a 10.3-inch touchscreen display, improved graphics, and state-of-the-art connectivity, along with the following:
- 3-inch digital gauge cluster with a new design layout.
- New infotainment features, “Paddock” and “Alfista.”
- A handful of connectivity features includes Wi-Fi Hotspot, Mobile App with remote control, SOS and Private calling, Roadside Assistance with a vehicle, and stolen car finder.
- ADAS Level II autonomy which includes a balanced driver/machine driving experience such as:
- Highway Assist
- Traffic Jam Assist
- Traffic Sign Recognition
- Lane Keep Assist
- Active Blind Spot Assist
- Driver Attention Alert
- Full-Speed Forward Collision Warning-Plus
- Centre console has leather-wrapped shifters, rotary knobs, and dials.
- Open storage capacity design that allows larger cup holders and wireless cellphone charging pads.
In addition to all the new features added for the 2020 models, Alfa Romeo has made it standard to equip every car produced with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, keyless entry, remote start, LED bi-xenon exterior lights, DNA Drive Mode selector and backup cameras with sensors, class-executive carbon-fiber driveshaft, and an 8-Speed automatic transmission with column-mounted aluminum paddle shifters. Additionally, it has new color options!
What makes the 2020 Alfa Romeo Tonale most interesting is that it will use an AWD system that uses an electric motor to deliver power to rear wheels accelerating, decelerating, and taking corners with stunning ease and speed. As with any luxury car, the Tonale will come with various configurations from which you can choose. Technical specifications are shrouded in mystery at the moment, but it is expected to feature a hybrid powertrain derived from Compass PHEVs and Jeep Renegade.
However, if you are eager to have an idea of how powerful it should be here noted that Afla Romeo’s Giulia Quadrifoglio, which boasts a Ferrari-derived, 505-horsepower V-6 twin-turbocharged engine, achieves 0 – 60 mph in an incredible 3.8 seconds and a maximum speed of 191 mph, this car is the most powerful Alfa Romeo ever in mass production. We have to wait and see how close the Tonale will fall in terms of power.
Alfa Romeo is expected to start producing the Tonale in the middle of this year, and they will go on sale in Europe towards the latter half of the year. The Tonale is designed to compete with the BMW X1/X2, Lexus UX, and Audi Q3. Alfa Romeo Tonale’s 2020 pricing details haven’t been announced yet.
